I probably don’t have FANS but a girl has to dream! Right?

Due to the imminent demise of Google Friend Connect on non-Blogger blogs I have removed the widget from my sidebar. Made me kind of sad to wave goodbye to all of your beautiful faces! But, in lieu of GFC, there are a plethora of subscription options over there. If you click on that subscribe button (at the top of the right column) it will open a box offering you a variety of subscription options. You can enter your e-mail in the box right below that and have this blog delivered straight to your inbox! Like having mail delievered to your front door instead of having to hike out to the box on the corner or the post office across town. You can click on this link to subscribe in a reader or this link to subscribe by e-mail. And finally, for the moment, I have added the Linky Followers subscription option. I haven’t really decided what I think of it yet but a lot of bloggers are using it and it does allow me to see your beautiful faces and con myself into believing that hundreds (or 3 or 4) of you are actually reading my blog! So choose your option and subscribe. Please!

I am still hoping that I can talk some of you who have been here the longest and know me the best into adding my Tigger blog to your readers. It’s much of what I used to write here that people responded to well. I am making a disciplined effort to search out blessings and joy every day and post about them on Looking for Tigger. Plus I write a little about something that God has spoken to my heart that day. If I could subscribe for you I would totally do it because I really think you would love that little blog. But I can’t. So … I’m going to ask (again) please come visit me over there and subscribe! I’m really trying to grow that little corner of the blog-o-sphere and I need some support from my friends! Thank you!

I tried to clean out some of my subscriptions today. Come on … we all know we all do it from time to time. If I go missing from your blog for an extended period of time and you wonder where I went … come tell me! I may have accidentally hit the delete button!

And finally … totally in keeping with the spirit of Letters of Intent …

Would you like some REAL paper mail in your mailbox? Something besides junk mail and bills? I sure would! So … I have accepted a challenge to help rescue the US Postal Service. Not really … the actual goal is to put something besides bills and junk mail in the actual physical mailboxes of some of my favorite people. But first I need to obtain your addresses. Yes, yours! You are, each and every one of you, precious to me and I would love to be able to drop a friendly little greeting in the mail for you when you least expect it! Please e-mail your mailing addresses to me at beth{at}bethszimmerman{dot}com. Or you can Inbox them to me on Facebook. (I solemnly promise I will not put you on any mailing lists! And I will add your contact info to my iPad Contacts so that I won’t have to ask repeatedly!) A few of you may be under the mistaken impression that I already have your mailing address. Don’t count on it! I have a tendency to delete first and think later! Yes Julie … this includes YOU! I know I sent you mail once upon a time but I have looked for your address and I do NOT have it!

Okay … I know I said that was the final paragraph but I just HAVE to do one more …

My dear blog friend Noelle has a baby girl, Emily, with a serious heart defect. She’s 6 months old and every day has been a fight for life. Noelle has asked that her web friends send Emily Valentines cards in honor of her first Valentines Day. If you would like to send one let me know and I will send you the address. Thanks!
